Information about the activity
Avenida33 is a private, non-profit cannabis association created to offer a safe, social, and cultural space for cannabis enthusiasts. Our mission is to promote coexistence, experience sharing, and responsible consumption in a relaxed and friendly environment.
The club is exclusively accessible to adult members who have completed the registration process and paid the annual fee, necessary to cover management costs.

Access and registration
Access to Avenida33 is reserved for registered members. To become a member, it is essential to present a valid identification document and pay the corresponding fee. Registration grants the right to use the facilities and participate in activities organized by the association.

Cannabis consumption and transfer
According to the current regional regulations in Andalusia regarding cannabis social clubs, the transfer and consumption of cannabis are reserved exclusively for members, for personal and private use within the club’s facilities.
No commercial sale or distribution outside the legal framework takes place. Avenida33 does not facilitate the purchase or sale of cannabis to third parties outside the association. We do not conduct any type of sale.

Responsibility
The club is not responsible for the use members make of the products outside the facilities, nor for illegal or unauthorized activities related to substances not permitted in the club. All members are encouraged to consume responsibly and consciously.

Internal rules
Members must respect the club’s internal rules regarding coexistence, safety, schedules, and respect for the facilities and other members. Failure to comply with these rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent expulsion of the member.

Personal data protection
Personal data collected during the registration process and club usage is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
Data is used exclusively for the internal management of the association and will not be transferred to third parties. Members may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, and objection by contacting Avenida33 through the provided email address.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law and, in particular, by the Andalusian regional regulations applicable to cannabis social clubs. For any disputes, the parties submit to the courts and judges of the club’s registered address.
